Where are your products shipped from? Go Gently Nation is a family run business with all garments designed and made locally by skilled artisans in Los Angeles, USA. It is our mission to limit the impact of fast fashion by producing high quality garments designed to last. As all of our product is both made and warehoused locally - all orders placed on this website are shipped from the USA.

Do you ship internationally? We ship orders internationally however due to the nature of being a small business all orders will be charged in US dollars. Please be aware that international orders placed outside of the USA may be subject to customs or import fees which are payable by you on delivery and unfortunately outside of our control. For clarity on any expected charges or fees, please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Please be aware that if an order is refused upon delivery, shipping and import fees will be deducted from your refund once the product is returned.

How long will my order take? All orders are processed within 48 hours and expected transit time will be advised at checkout upon selecting your chosen shipping method. We will always ensure to process your order as swiftly as possible but please note any shipping delays during transit are unfortunately outside of our control. We will always endeavour to advise you of any delays as we are made aware of them.

Do you offer free shipping? Absolutely. All domestic US orders are free over $150. Canadian orders will receive free shipping over $200. International orders to every other country will receive free shipping over $250.
