This set of four votive-style candles is molded from our real chicken eggs, then hand-poured, resulting in naturally varied shapes and sizes. For centuries, the egg has symbolized renewal, protection, and the turning of the seasons. In early spring traditions across Europe and early America, eggs were carried for blessing the home, placed near hearths for good fortune, and gifted to mark new beginnings. Beeswax, too, has long been treasured for its purity and clean burn — believed to cleanse the air and bring warmth not just to a room, but to the spirit. About Our Designer
Founder and Creative Director Kristin Coia, is the visionary businesswoman behind the famed lifestyle brand. While pregnant with her eldest child Henry, Kristin quickly discovered there was a great need in the marketplace for simple, classic baby apparel that was stylish, high quality and both organic and sustainable. Though spending years in event planning & hospitality, she was ever-desirous of owning her own business. Therefore in 2007, the idea for her own line and the niche she had found in the market culminated in the creation of Go Gently Baby.
To date, the company has evolved into the lifestyle brand, renamed, Go Gently Nation. The brand focuses on baby, kid’s and women’s apparel and accessories, however, a menswear collection is on the horizon.
Now, a mom of two and vegan for nearly two decades, Kristin, and her family live out their organic and sustainable lifestyle authentically at home and in the workplace.
