Clean, fresh, earthy aroma smudge stick. White Sage is an evergreen perennial shrub that is native to Southern California, on the western edges of the Mojave and Sonoran deserts.

Smudging is an important purification ritual in many different cultures and traditions. This smudge stick is composed of fragrant White Sage. Native Americans have used this plant for years to clarify and heal. White Sage is associated with healing, wisdom and seeking spiritual awareness.

INSTRUCTIONS: Light the end for 30-60 seconds and blow out. Allow smoke to rise and remove negative energy. Place in fire proof container and feather the smoke in desired direction.
