Part-Time Retail Keyholder

Go Gently Nation is a natural-focused lifestyle shop in Manhattan Beach, bringing natural living, natural fibers and thoughtfully made goods to our community.
We are looking for someone special to join our team — someone who naturally cares for people, is thoughtful and dependable, and takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.
We are a hardworking team that believes in doing things well, doing right by people, and doing our small part to look out for the environment. We're looking for someone who shares those values and wants to be part of a growing, independent company.
What we're looking for:
  • Prior keyholder experience in a retail environment required
  • Retail sales experience, ideally with high-end apparel or lifestyle brands
  • Experience with children's clothing and products is a plus
  • Naturally warm, friendly and comfortable interacting with customers and children
  • Self-motivated, dependable and able to work independently
  • Comfortable taking responsibility for the store and team during shifts
  • Experience with opening and closing procedures
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Experience with Shopify POS is a plus
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, is a plus
  • Passionate about natural living, sustainable products and natural fibers
  • Excited to be part of a growing, environmentally conscious company
This is a hands-on retail position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating a beautiful store environment and being part of a small, hardworking team.

Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week. We’re flexible for the right person and are open to someone who is available for as little as one day per week.
